Custom Tumbler

Customizable 20 oz stainless steel tumbler, comes with stainless steel straw.

1. There will be a Initial consultation to discuss your design needs and preferences.  Creation of an initial design concept based on the input from the consultation.  Provision of a digital proof for review.  Customers are responsible for providing high-resolution artwork for their designs. Acceptable file types: JPG, PNG, PDF
2. 3 rounds of  revisions edits will be given.  This allows you to request changes to the initial concept, such as adjustments in color, layout, or font. 
3. Additional revisions beyond the included 3 can be made at a cost of $5 per revision. Requests for additional revisions must be made before final approval. 
4. Final approval of the design must be given in writing (via email or a signed document). Once approved, the design will be considered ready for production.  No further changes can be made after final approval without incurring additional charges. 
5. Standard production time is 3-5, excluding shipping times. Expedited production may be available for an additional fee.
6. Refusal of Design If the design does not meet your expectations after the included rounds of revisions, you may choose to terminate the project. However, the design fee of $10 is non-refundable.
7. Due to the custom nature of these products, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun. Refunds are only available in the case of defective merchandise or production errors attributable to Natural Divinity Creations. Such claims must be submitted within 5 days of product receipt
8. Natural Divinity Creations is not liable for errors in the final product caused by incorrect or incomplete design information provided by the customer, or for delays in production or shipping.
9. Customers retain all rights to their original artwork. However, by placing an order, customers grant Natural Divinity Creations a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
10. Natural Divinity Creations reserves the right to use any designs or alterations thereof in our portfolio, social media, or other marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
