SECTION 21 - CUSTOM T-SHIRT ORDERS

  1. Order Acceptance:
    All custom t-shirt orders are subject to acceptance by Natural Divinity Creations. Submission of an order does not create a binding contract. We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason, including graphic content, production limitations, or inconsistencies in order details.

  2. Artwork and Design Requirements:
    Customers must provide high-resolution artwork in acceptable formats (JPG, PNG, PDF). We offer design assistance and digital proofs for approval. Customers confirm they have the rights for reproduction when submitting designs.

  3. Revisions Policy:
    Three rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions are $5 each and must be requested before final approval.

  4. Final Design Approval:
    Approval must be given in writing. Once approved, the design is ready for production, and changes will incur additional charges.

  5. Refusal of Design:
    If expectations are not met after the included revisions, the project may be terminated, but the $15 design fee is non-refundable.

  6. Production Time:
    Standard production time is 3-5 business days. Expedited production is available for an extra fee.

  7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds:
    Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts. Refunds are only available for defects or errors attributable to us, and claims must be made within 5 days.

  8. Liability Limitations:
    We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect customer information or delays outside our control.

  9. Artwork Rights and Usage:
    Customers retain rights to their original artwork but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for order fulfillment.
